IDGC of North-West Received 74 000 Appeals from Consumers in 2010
OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2010. Nowadays 23 Customer Service Centers (CSC) where over 70 specially trained employees work, are opened and function successfully in responsibility area of IDGC of North-West. Besides that, 95 specialists of the company discharge functions on the work organization with customers in production departments of IDGC of North-West branches.
Within 6 months of the current year over 74 ths appeals are received by CSCs. As Olga Kotlyarova - chief specialist of sector on the work with customers of IDGC of North-West’s executive body specified, 43% of all the appeals or over 7,9 thousand - are applications for technological connection.
The biggest volume of funds is received by the Customer Service Centers of “Novgorodenergo” (RUR 12,1 mln) and “Vologdaenergo” (RUR 10, 9 mln). “Komienergo” maintains superiority on number of services rendered to customers. Within six months of the current year over 5,8 ths services at the total sum of RUR 6, 9 mln were rendered via CSCs of the grid enterprise.
The execution of the building and installation works has given the significant part of CSCs’ proceeds of IDGC of North-West. Among additional paid services rendered by the branches via Customer Service Centers there is also maintenance and repair of electric installations of consumers, maintenance of the street lighting grids, transport services.
The change of instrument gages is a service in-demand. It has a paramount importance because makes it possible for the company to provide consumers with high quality account of electric power consumption and make a significant contribution in the energy saving development in the regions.
