OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2010. According to the results of IT AWARDS KAZAKHSTAN contest, the system of electronic document flow at JSC “KazTransOil” was recognized as the best one 2009 in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

IT AWARDS KAZAKHSTAN contest was held for the first time. This is absolutely new event in the business world in the field of IT and telecommunications, organized for the purposes of attraction of public attention to development of IT industry in Kazakhstan, demonstration of successful projects and popularization of positive experience of domestic developments and innovations, as well as for the purposes of public recognition of contributions of companies and individual professional into development of innovational economy of Kazakhstan. The contest was held among such major state organizations and companies known in the field of IT as Office of the Akim of the Eastern Kazakhstan oblast, JSC “Kazpost”, JSC “ERP-Service “KazTransCom”, JSC “Intergas Central Asia”, LLP ARTA Software, LLP SmartCom, LLP “Real Soft” and others.

The uniqueness of the award is in that innovations themselves, the efficiency of which deserve public attention and recognition, are considered as applicants. Both a major project and earlier publicly unknown efficient innovation, which according to the opinions of experts contributed to development of an enterprise itself and IT industry of Kazakhstan could have applied and ran for the award.

At JSC “KazTransOil” the system of electronic document flow (SEDF) of LLP “RealSoft”, implemented on the basis of software provision of Lotus Domino/Notes, has been functioning since 2002. The given system was successfully integrated in all major divisions of the Company, which are spread around the territory of Kazakhstan, sometimes at significant distances from each other. Upon necessity in improvement SEDF is periodically updated and tuned to processes necessary for users. Thanks to fruitful and mutually beneficial partnership of the system of electronic document of JSC “KazTransOil” was rightfully presented with such high award, an occasion we congratulate JSC “KazTransOil” on.
