OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as paying agent authorized by the Southern Telecommunications Company OJSC to pay interest on the third coupon of the company’s Series BO-04 bonds (official registration number 4В02-04-00062-А of October 9, 2009), reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 11.4% per annum, or 28 rubles 42 kopecks per security. In all, 28,420,000 rubles was paid.

The Southern Telecommunications Company OJSC floated its three-year Series BO-04 bonds on October 22, 2009, to raise 1 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank acted as managing underwriter of the issue.
