OREANDA-NEWS. July 30, 2010. A working meeting of mortgage banks-members of the Association of Russian Banks (ARB) with the heads of the profile subdivisions of the Agency for Housing Mortgage Lending (AHML) was held, reported the press-centre of Investtradebank.

The Director of the Client Operations Department Igor Kornilov and the Deputy Head of the Retail Operations Department Andrey Ponomarev represented Investtradebank at the event, devoted to discussion of mortgage loans refinancing.

During the meeting the participants discussed the issues of direct refinancing of pools of mortgage loans, refinancing through issue of debt instruments with the AHML’s guarantee, the AHML loans on security of charging instruments, funding of banks, extending loans to developers of the economy-class housing and refinancing of loan pools in the framework of the “Stimulus” Programme as well as refinancing of problem and restructured loans.
