1. the Company shareholders special general meeting decision:

  1. the number of Managing Board members is three (3) people

  2. early terminated authorities of the Managing Board member – Dina Bakieva.

2. the Company Board of Directors decision:

  1. early terminated authorities of the Internal Audit Service Head – Zarina Bakirova;

  2. Dena Bakieva is assigned as the new Internal Audit Service Head.
