OREANDA-NEWS. July 28, 2010. The well No 2271 from the platform No 1887 in “Oil Rocks” field was put into operation. The daily production of the well from depth of 2570-2590 meters from Girmakiustu Suite makes 65 tons of oil.

The well is drilled by “Bayil Limany” Offshore Drilling Works Office of the Complex Drilling Works Trust. The first well from the platform No 1887 was drilled on September 6, 2006, and since then 22 wells have been drilled and put into operation.
