OREANDA-NEWS. July 28, 2010. Act of the Russian Government of July 19, 2010 г. № 1207-р, authorizes the Ministry of Defense to launch global mobile communication satellites Globalstar-2 from Baikonur aboard Soyuz-2 with Fregat upper stages.

Foreign experts will have access to the Globalstar-2 prelaunch processing facilities in line with the order effective at the space port.
