OREANDA-NEWS. July 28, 2010. The private joint stock company "All-Ukrainian Securities Depositary" deposited the global certificate of shares of the public joint stock company "Kreditprombank", thus the bank having completed the procedure of the shares issue dematerialization, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.

From then on the shares of the public joint stock company "Kreditprombank" exist in undocumented form and are registered at custodians on accounts in securities. The issue was assigned the international code ISIN UA 4000068555.

As we informed you earlier, the decision on dematerialization of the issue was adopted at the General Meeting of the Shareholders on 27 April, 2010. The quantity of the shares of the issue is 183 833 470 (one hundred eighty three million eight hundred thirty three thousand four hundred seventy) pieces, the nominal value of one share is 10,00 (ten) UAH 00 Kopiykas, the total nominal value of the shares issue is 1 838 334 700,00 (one billion eight hundred thirty eight million three hundred thirty four thousand seven hundred) UAH 00 Kopiykas.
