OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2010. PJSC Concern Khlibprom purchased four new dough mixers produced by Shebekinsky Engineering Plant (Russia) to update manufacturing facilities at PU Vinnytsyakhlib. The price of one mixer constitutes UAH 250 thou., the total value of investments amounts to appr. UAH 1 mln.

"New dough mixers of intensive mixing have been installed at the lines where wheat bread is produced. The time of production is reduced due to intensive dough mixing and transfer to the straight dough process. From now on we need 3 hours to bake one loaf, and not 7 hours as earlier", — says Mykola Lupyak, Director of PU Vinnytsyakhlib of PJSC Concern Khlibprom. — "Moreover, the replacement of dough mixers allowed us to sufficiently simplify labour conditions and achieve sustained quality of products".

Optimization of technological processes of bread baking will increase competitive advantage of the company and allow operative delivery of fresh-baked bread to the stores of the city and the region several times a day. At the same time, flavour characteristics of the bakery products will remain unchanged and its appearance will improve.
