OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2010. OJSC Unibank has applied to the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) for inclusion of its ordinary registered book-entry shares to the BSE non-quotation list.

The BSE informs that the start of Unibank’s shares placement is scheduled for 9 August 2010.

The issue volume with state registration number AZ100100202P is AZN 11.59 million. The Bank has the right to issue 5.796 million shares with par value of 2 manats each. The placement underwriter is UniCapital OJSC.
