OREANDA-NEWS. July 27, 2010. The President signed the Federal Law On Reorganisation of the Russian Nanotechnology Corporation.

The Federal Law addressed multiple issues in connection with reorganisation of RUSNANO, setting forth the form of its reorganisation (the corporation will be transformed into an open joint stock company), the procedure for preparing and making decisions concerning reorganisation, and the specific order of enforcing creditors’ rights in the process of reorganisation. The Federal Law involves a number of transitional provisions that ensure legal succession during the state corporation’s reorganisation.
