OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2010. NOVATEK (“NOVATEK” and/or the “Company”) announced a change in the shareholding structure of a shareholder holding not less than five percent of the Company’s ordinary shares.

On 22 July 2010 NOVATEK was notified by White Seal Holdings Limited, Cyprus ("White Seal Holdings") that it had acquired 303,546,719 ordinary shares, or 9.997% of NOVATEK’s equity. Currently, White Sea Holdings, together with its affiliated company Santata LLC, hold 23.129% of NOVATEK’s ordinary shares.
