OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2010. Ferrexpo, a major Ukrainian pellets producer, has cancelled its debut Eurobond issue worth USD 500mn, The Delo newspaper reported July 22.  The action was triggered by investors’ itch for higher yields as compared to those of the Metivest Eurobonds issue.

Millennium Capital sees this news as neutral for FXPO Eurobonds. Ferrexpo, following the example of the other issuers abandoning their Eurobond issue plans, has decided to wait for better market conditions to attract a considerable amount for a lower interest.
