- The Committee Chairman - G. Tsalyuk, Director of KASE Listing Department;

- A. Aldambergen, Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA), in her absence - M. Khajiev, Director of FSA Department on Supervision of Securities Market and Accumulative Pension Fund subjects;

- B. Babenov, KASE Vice-President;

- D. Turysbekov, Director of Registration Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (ARA RFCA), in his absence - A. Kaligazin, Head of Department of Stock Market Infrastructure of ARA RFCA Development Department;

- Zh. Kurmanov, member of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Deposits Guarantee Fund, member of the Board of Directors of Zhilstroysberbank Kazakhstan, Exchange Board of Directors member;

- V. Kyshpanakov, Deputy Chairman of Board of BCC Invest - subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit, Exchange Board of Directors member.
