OREANDA-NEWS. July 26, 2010. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) received a petition) from Х5 Retail Group of companies for acquiring "Kopeika" Trading House" OJSC and its subsidiaries, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

FAS Russia will consider the petition within the statutory period.

Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" specified that FAS Russia must consider petitions within thirty days. If necessary this period can be extended for no longer than two months.
