Registrar is Registrator Zerde (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized shares of the bank (common shares only KZ1C39070012) is 200,800;

- 2,255 shares are outstanding;

- the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares of the company is Almaty-based ABDI GROUP.
