OREANDA-NEWS. July 23, 2010. Within the first half of 2010 the group of companies “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” transferred about 14 mln. rubles for the implementation of social projects.

4.4 mln. rubles were transferred to the target funds earmarked for the social support of the personnel.  Main part of these funds was used for arrangement of summer vacation of employees’ children in recreation camp “Mayak”.  The group of companies reimburses the major part of the cost of vacation in Mayak – about 53% (or 10380 Rubles) from its cost.

6.7 mln. rubles were transferred for financial assistance to former and actual  employees of the Company.  In particular1.8 mln. Rubles were transferred for the bonuses, which are paid to the veterans of the port quarterly. 

The company transferred 1.4 mln. rubles to pay bonuses for public holidays and employees’ anniversaries.

Within the period of 22 years JSC “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” has rendered assistance to orphanage No.10 of Kirovskiy district. Over 600 thousand rubles were transferred for renovation of the building, arrangement of festive events and purchase of presents for the orphanage children.
