OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2010. Import of meat to Russia in January-May 2010 increased by 7.5% to 429.2 tonnes from 399.2 tonnes a year earlier.

This is illustrated by the FCS. In monetary terms, imports increased by 4% to USD  1,362 bn to USD  1,309 billion poultry imports decreased by 3.2 times to 95.3 thousand tonnes from 308.4 tonnes in money terms - by 2.4 times to USD  140.1 million from USD  334.7 million fish imports increased by 8.8% to 374.9 tonnes from 344.5 tonnes in monetary terms, this figure rose by 34% to USD  672.5 million from USD  502.1 million.
