OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2010. Thousands of Kyivstar clients appreciated the advantages of using "Extra SIM-Card" service after three months it had been launched.

Each month more than 50 000 Kyivstar clients change their damaged or lost SIM-cards. We introduced "Extra SIM-Card" service for Kyivstar clients to always be in touch and never lose time on charging cards. The service is especially popular among business clients.

You may use an extra SIM-card during 3 years after it has been issued. It has no expiration date. You can activate an extra SIM-card at once after you have lost or damaged the basic one.

You can activate your extra SIM-card remotely at any time and even in roaming. Your lost or damaged basic SIM-card is immediately deactivated and the extra SIM-card becomes the basic one. Later Kyivstar client may order a "new" extra SIM-card.

To subscribe to "Extra SIM-Card" service you need to apply to the nearest Customer Service Center and fill in the application. Contracted clients need to bring their ID; and prepaid Kyivstar or DJUICE clients need only the basic SIM-card. This service is mostly popular among corporate clients’ coordinators who are able to subscribe unlimited number of extra SIM-cards.

The "Extra SIM-Card" service subscription fee is 20 UAH including VAT. There is no service activation fee. All tariffs are set in UAH including VAT. Additionally pension fund fee is charged — 7.5% of the service cost.
