OREANDA-NEWS. July 22, 2010. CenterTelecom OJSC has held an open tender for the right to conclude  ruble loan agreements with the company.

The tender sought proposals on four lots for non-revolving credit lines for a total sum of RUB4 billion for two years. Seven banks took part in the tender. Two lots have been won by UniCreditBank CJSC which proposed 7.1825% annual interest rate. The remaining two lots have been won by Sberbank of Russia OJSC which proposed annual interest rates equal to 7.225% and 7.395%.

Thus CenterTelecom established a new level of annual interest rates of the loans granted to domestic telecommunications companies.
