OREANDA-NEWS. Shymkent Munay onimderi (South Kazakhstan, hereafter - the company), listing on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE the annual general meeting of shareholders will be held August 12, 2010 at  11:00 a.m. with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of Y2009 operation report;

- approval of annual financial statements;

- approval of Y2009 net income distribution and dividend per one share;

- tenure of the Board of directors, and remuneration and terms of payment thereof to members of the Board of directors;

- consideration of appeals of shareholders to actions of the company and its officials and results of consideration thereof.

The meeting will be held at Zhuldyz settlement, Sayram region, South Kazakhstan.

The list of shareholders, entitled to attend the meeting, was compiled as on July 9, 2010.

Should attending parties fail to form quorum the recurrent meeting will be held August 13, 2010 at the same time at the address as above.
