PAVA Receives Documentation for Production of Zdravushka Bread
OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2010. Grain processor PAVA received normative documentation for the production of bread from wheat protein-vitamin flour “Zhitnitsa”. The bread was named “Zdravushka”. Grain processor developed plant standard for simpler introduction of new grade of flour into bread baking production. Plant standard for bread includes technological instruction and allows cutting costs and time on the production of new type of bread. Under normative documentation for the production of “Zdravushka”, technologists can develop their own recipes in accordance with the norms of the standard. "In the first few months we will supply our partners with the acts of ownership for document packages free of charge. I would like to stress that such documentation gives producers the opportunity to develop their own products within the requirements of the standard", – says OJSC PAVA’s Director for Quality Natalia Ermakova.
