OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2010. Kryukiv Wagon (UX: KVBZ UK) raised its production of freight railcars in 1H10 by fivefold y-o-y to 4,329 units, the company reported. Kryukiv’s management previously stated they were targeting annual output of 6,000 railcars this year.

Concorde Capital: though this impressive growth figure is mostly explained by a low base effect, we note that Kryukiv Wagon’s monthly output in 1H10 is above the historical highs in 2008. We expect the company to beat its output target for the year and produce 7 ths freight railcars. We are currently reviewing our target for this stock upward.
