OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2010. Operating as an investment bank Ameriabank successfully completed fundraising from IFIs to finance construction of Elite Plaza Business Center conducted by Elite Group CJSC. As a financial and legal advisor, the bank developed the required financial models during the process, ensured consulting services, negotiations and execution of agreements, as well as other related services, reported the press-centre of Ameriabank.  

The long-term funds, which the bank attracted from the International Finance Corporation, member of the World Bank group, and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, total USD 9.0 mln. The funds are available at below market rates.

The financing will enable Elite Group to finalize the construction of Elite Plaza Business Center, class A construction with modern architectural and design solutions.
