OREANDA-NEWS. July 20, 2010. FAS Russia is examining a petition of "Siberian Generation Company" Managing Organization" Ltd. (registered address: 29, Serebryanicheskaya Embankment, Moscow, 109028; main activities -consulting) on acquiring the rights that would enable exercising the functions of an executive body "Sibirenergoremont" OJSC (registered address: 46, Glinka St., Krasnoyarsk, 660004; main activities - power plant equipment repair), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Governed by Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law "On Protection of Competition" of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia has extended the period for reviewing the petition for two months in order to be able to obtain additional information necessary to make a decision on the petition.

FAS Russia invites all interested persons to submit to the antimonopoly authority information regarding impact of the transaction upon the state of competition.
