OREANDA-NEWS. July 19, 2010. The St. Petersburg branch of Ingosstrakh has entered into three agroindustrial insurance contracts with Kipen CJSC, located in the village of Kipen, Lomonosov district, Leningrad Region. The insured item is over 270 heads of cattle stock and young stock. The total insured amount is 12.3 mln rubles.

Under the contract, livestock is insured against death or compulsory slaughter resulting from fire, thunderbolt, gas explosion, natural disasters; damage by water; malicious acts of third parties; infectious, non-contagious and parasitic diseases; accidents; technogenic explosions; burglary and robbery.

The insured livestock is pledged to Rosselkhozbank OJSC.

The St. Petersburg branch of Ingosstrakh and Kipen have been cooperating since 2007. OverOver this time, cattle including young stock older than 6 months, has been insured.
