Registrar is REESTR-SERVICE (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total of authorized common shares KZ1C45260011 is 6,560,751, preferred shares KZ1P45260117 - 2,186,917;

- 6,557,459 common shares are outstanding, preferred shares were not offered;

- the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of outstanding shares is Kagazy Investments (Almaty).
