OREANDA-NEWS. July 15, 2010. In October 2004 Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) launched a system sending notifications to interested parties on new documents submitted to KASE by listed applicants within their information disclosure obligations set in KASE internal document 'Listing Rules' and listing agreements (the Notification system), reported the press-centre of KASE.

On the day of receipt of information on listing companies and their operation or the following business day (depending on the time of receipt) the information will \be sorted into three categories and conditionally labeled:

1) unsatisfactory information;

2) 'light' information;

3) 'heavy' information.

Unsatisfied information shall encompass documents and materials, which for some reason do not comply with requirements in regard of completeness or appearance. Upon receipt of such documents and materials KASE shall notify the listing applicant, which presented such information on necessity to provide KASE with enlarged and/or corrected versions of such documents and materials.

Light' information shall encompass various documents and other materials, which by its nature require no complex processing and may be released immediately. KASE deems as 'light information press releases, notifications, information messages and other similar materials, which, or the main content of which shall be swiftly released at the KASE website in the form of news.

Heavy' information shall be presented, as a rule, by huge documents, which shall be released in the section 'Issuers' of the KASE website in the form of PDF-files, which, accordingly, require time - one or several days depending on processing line length and volume of information to be processed. 'Heavy' information shall include, for example, issue prospectuses, investment offers, financial statements, and audit reports, quarterly and annual reports of listing applicants. Release of heavy' information on the KASE website shall be followed with release of corresponding news indicating names of released documents and URL-addresses.

The Notification system was established to inform interested parties on receipt of heavy' information (and let interested parties familiarize with such information in the KASE Listing Department) before completion of the processing and release at the KASE website. Notifications on receipt of new documents shall be e-mailed to notification system subscribers immediately after sorting the information.

To subscribe to the Notification system, send a no-subject letter at infodoc-on@kase.kz, and then confirm.

In case of an account change, first delete the old account from the data base, sending a no-subject letter at infodoc-off@kase.kz, and then subscribe as advised above.

KASE is requesting notification system clients to timely delete old accounts from the data base. Otherwise KASE incurs no responsibility for delivery of the information on receipt of new listing companies-related documents.
