Belarusian Commodity Trade Deficit Amounted to USD 2.722 bln

Exports rose 27% in January-May 2010 year-on-year to USD 9.224 billion, and imports increased 14.1% to USD 11.947 billion.
Exports from Belarus included USD 4 865 billion worth of supplies to CIS states, up 52.7% on the year, including exports to Russia, which stood at USD 3.809 million, up 52.2% and to Kazakhstan at USD 175.5 million, up 70.3%.
Exports to non-CIS countries amounted to USD 4.359 billion as of June 1, 2010, up 6.9% on the year.
