OREANDA-NEWS. July 14, 2010. National Company “KazMunayGas” explains the situation in connection with the message published by news agencies concerning possible repurchase by KMG of a share in the KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC and KMG’s further IPO.

National Company “KazMunayGas” hereby clarifies that currently no work is done in the direction of the said matters and, accordingly, there is no reason to specify a date of KMG’s making repurchase of a share in the KazMunaiGas Exploration Production JSC, and that of KMG’s further IPO.
