JSC SITRONICS (SITRONICS or the “Group”) (LSE: SITR), the leading telecom, information technologies and microelectronics solutions provider in Russia and CIS announces that Mikhail Bondarenko has been appointed the general director of CJSC SITRONICS Telecom Solutions (STS) and the chairman of the board of directors of STS CZ.

Previously Mikhail Bondarenko held the position of the deputy general director of STS on BSS/OSS. Before STS he was the commercial director of Peter-Service company and has more than a 10-year experience in the sphere of telecommunications.

Mikhail Bondarenko was born on 11 January 1978. In 1999 he graduated with honours from A.F.Mozhaisky Military Space Academy with specialization in technical and programming support of computer equipment operation. In 1999-2001 he worked for the Central Computer Bureau of the Strategic Missile Forces General Headquarters. In 2001-2003 he conducted the projects on billing systems implementation in CBOSS group of companies. In 2003 Bondarenko moved to CJSC Peter-Service where he rose from the manager of the project to the Moscow branch office director, and in 2005-2010 he held the position of the company's commercial director. In March 2010 Bondarenko was appointed the deputy general director of CJSC SITRONICS Telecom Solutions on BSS/OSS; on 1 July 2010 he took the position of the company's general director.
