OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2010. To ensure the stability of the banking and payment systems, as well as the safeguarding of assets for the benefit of depositors and creditors, the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic determined to allow AsiaUniversalBank the following banking transactions, reported the press-centre of AUB:

replenishment of accounts of resident legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic using cash and cashless mode without limitation of the amount;

transfer and withdrawal of cash from current accounts of resident legal entities of the Kyrgyz Republic for any purpose without restriction, but within the amount of funds received to the accounts of these legal entities from June 11, 2010;

use of funds recorded as of June 10, 2010, in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the National Bank No. No.42/1 dated June 6, 2010;

providing services by AUB for cash collection on a contract basis with third party organizations and enterprises of Kyrgyzstan;

conducting transactions on the accounts of the State Enterprise Kyrgyzpochtasy related to receiving and disbursing money under local and international postal money orders of the population, as well as associated with issuance and repayment of loans of Aiyl Bank.
