Sviaz-Bank Acts as Lead Co-Manager of Bond Issues of ALROSA
OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2010. Sviaz-Bank acted as co-managing underwriter of Series 20 and 23 exchange-traded bonds issued by the ALROSA Joint-Stock Company (CJSC) to raise 10billion rubles in all, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.
Both bond issues were sold out on the MICEX Stock exchange. Sviaz-Bank’s share in the Series20 bond issue is estimated at 1.3829 billion rubles, and another billion rubles in the Series23 bond issue.
The quarterly interest payable on coupons of Series 20 bonds was fixed at 8.95% per annum, and that on coupons of Series 23 bonds, at 8.95% per annum as well. Each security has a par value of 1,000 rubles. Each issue has a maturity of five years from the offering date.
TKB Kapital CJSC, VTB Kapital CJSC, and Renaissance Capital Insurance Company were the managing underwriters of the issues.
