OREANDA-NEWS. July 13, 2010. JSC "Aeroflot — Russian Airlines" will apply special rate to flights of residents of Kaliningrad and the Kaliningrad regions on the Moscow — Kaliningrad- Moscow route. The cost of a one-way discount ticket is 5,900 rubles (taxes and charges inclusive), reported the press-centre of Aeroflot.    

The airline will provide 40 discount economy-class seats on flights to/from Kaliningrad. This special rate is set for one-way passenger uplift. The ticket is issued no later than 24 hours after booking is confirmed.

Also, from July 24 to August 31, 2010 Aeroflot will perform an additional daily flight on the Moscow — Kaliningrad — Moscow route. In total, during this time period Aeroflot will offer four own daily flights to the Kaliningrad destination.

Aeroflot pursues a socially oriented policy with respect to socially vulnerable population categories. As part of its social programs, Aeroflot offers free tickets to WWII veterans, gifted youth and children with disabilities, performers, artists, etc. The company implements its social activities in a consistent and systematic way on the basis of comprehensive socially-oriented programs.
