As part of the consolidation of the retail energy assets of the Gazprom Group and the SIBUR Holding, the exchange of shares of these two respective companies took place. As a result, the SIBUR Holding obtained 7% of the shares in "Mezhregionenergosbyt" OSCJ by way of "Siburenergomanagement" OSJC. In turn, Mezhregionenergosbyt became the owner of 51.57% of the shares in Siburenergomanagement. In addition, SIBUR remains the owner of a 48.43% stake in Siburenergomanagement via "Voronezhsintezkauchuk" OJSC and SIBUR is currently facilitating the operational management of the company.

The consolidation of the aforementioned retail energy assets will increase the degree of economic efficiency and stability in terms of supplying energy to enterprises affiliated with the Gazprom Group and with SIBUR.
