KASE to Resume Trade in Bonds of Temirbank
OREANDA-NEWS. July 12, 2010. The Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to resume trading in the bonds of BTA Bank's subsidiary-Temirbank (Almaty), reported the press-centre of KASE:
- KZP04Y19B559 (KASE, 'buffer category', TEBNb7; KZT0.01, KZT3.0 bn; 01.06.06 - 01.06.25, semiannual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360);
- KZP05Y16B552 (KASE, 'buffer category', TEBNb8; KZT0.01, KZT3.5 bn; 01.06.06 - 01.06.22, semiannual coupon 8.00 % APR; 30/360).
The decision was made on the basis of Temirbank's application of June 1, 2010 requesting to resume trade in the bonds as the registered changes to the bond prospectuses had been presented; according to the changes coupon interest rates had been changed to 8 % APR.
KASE reminds the bond parameters were changed on June 30, 2010 in the trading system and KASE data bases after the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations made changes in the bond prospectuses on June 23, 2010. The bond parameters were changed by Temirbank in pursuance with the restructuring plan approved with the creditors meeting on March 31, 2010.
