The Annual General Meeting of shareholders approved the key resolutions as follows:

1.   To approve the annual RAS (Russian Accounting Standards) accounts for the 2009 financial year.

2.   Not to announce/pay the dividends for the 2009 financial year.

3.   To elect new Board of Directors.
