OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2010. The General Annual meeting of shareholders of OAO NK “RussNeft” which has been held in Moscow approved the Annual Report for the year 2009, Annual Account statement, Profit and Loss  statement. The register for participation in the meeting has been closed on the 28th of May.

The General Meeting of Shareholders made the decision on termination of authorities of the President of the Company Oleg Gordeev. Mikhail Gutseriev is elected the new President of the Company.

The shareholders determined the new composition of the Board of Directors of the Company which numbers to 14 people. It will consist of the following members: Anton Abugov, Irek Batertdinov, Sergei Bakhir, Aleksandr Biard, Oleg Gordeev, Mikhail Gutseriev, Sergei Drozdov, Maxim Kaliuzhny, Igor Marchenko, Leonid Melamed, Dmitry Romanov, Ashot Khachaturiants, Mikhail Shishhanov, Vladimir Shcherbak.

Besides, the meeting approved the composition of the Auditing Commission of OAO NK “RussNeft”.  LLC “Auditorskaya Firma “Aval”  is appointed the Auditor of the Company for 2010.
