Rakurs Shipped Control System of Transformer Equipment
OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2010. SPC "Rakurs" produced and shipped the control system of transformer equipment for "Yugo-Zapadnaya" thermal power plant. The system is made as uniform functionally complete system with transformer equipment including technical, algorithmic, information, program and other kinds of ware. Before shipment the system passed procedure of measuring channels calibration.
The control system of transformer equipment of SPC "Rakurs" for "Yugo-Zapadnaya" thermal power plant is meant for decision of following problems:
continuous measurement, registration and display of key parametres of transformers in normal, pre- emergency and emergency modes;
forecasting of a technical condition of transformers by means of mathematical models;
control of transformer cooling system;
control of transformer OLTC condition.
The control system of SPC "Rakurs" has hierarchical structure:
Level I (bottom level – data collection level) – includes actuation mechanisms, primary gauges and measuring systems placed on transformer equipment (they are placed by the transformer equipment producer).
Level II (middle level) – is a level of preprocessing data from gauges of the bottom level and generating of control commands of cooling system, and also information exchange with top level.
Level III (top level) – is a level of consolidation, storage and visualization of data. It includes the automated workstation of the operator which is intended for:
visualization of a condition of controllable and calculable parametres of the transformer equipment;
display of operation signals of the alarm and warning signaling;
support of work with the cumulative archives and journals;
making the printed copies of registration-reporting documents;
remote control of the transformers cooling system;
control system of cooling system provides integration of the control system of transformer equipment into control system of the thermal power station.
All parts of the control system of transformer equipment are integrated into unified information system and are synchronized under NTP- protocol time, and the master of time is the control system of "Yugo-Zapadnaya" thermal power plant. All discrete and analogue signals have time markers (date, time). Positional accuracy of an input discrete and analogue signal to current time of control system of transformer equipment is no more than duration of the period of interrogation of corresponding type of a signal, but it is no more than 0,5 seconds.

The transformer is the three-phase oil transformer of 110 kilovolt pressure class with cooling system with forced circulation of air and oil with not directed oil stream. The transformer is intended for work as a part of the power unit №1 as the block transformer in the conditions of external installation.

The transformer is the three-phase oil transformer of 110 kilovolt and higher pressure class with cooling system with forced circulation of air and oil with not directed oil stream and with pressure regulation on loading. The transformer is intended for work as a network system in the conditions of external installation.
