OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2010. Ukrzaliznytsia, the state-owned rail transport monopolist, intends to buy 2,000 freight cars before the end of 2010, the company press service announced July 8. The order goes in line with Ukrzaliznytsia's financial plan for 2010. To increase the car fleet the company will employ both its own and borrowed funds.
