Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) published on its Internet site http://www.kase.kz/files/normative_base/rfca_order_201009.pdf the text of Order of the Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation of Activities of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty (ARA RFCA) "On Approval of Qualification Requirements for Auditing Organizations for Securities Admission to the Special Trading Floor of the Regional Financial Center of Almaty" of October 20, 2009 # 04.2-44/172 (the Order), reported the press-centre of KASE.

The Order was registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on November 26, 2009 under # 5927 and was given effect from January 20, 2010.
