OREANDA-NEWS. July 09, 2010. AMT BANK cut by 1% the amount of the commission for granting ruble-denominated mortgage loans. Now the commission for granting a loan is 1.5% of the loan amount irrespective of the region of its granting, and withdrawal of funds from loan accounts of customers is made free of charge, reported the press-centre of AMT BANK.

The reduced commission is valid till September 30, 2010. The minimum amount of the commission for granting a loan at AMT BANK is 10 000 (Ten Thousand) rubles.

It should be reminded that AMT BANK has granted mortgage loans for purchasing secondary housing in rubles and US dollars since April, 2010 in all regions of its presence. The maximum amount of a mortgage loan is 18 mln rubles or 600 ths US dollars. In June, 2010 the Bank cut the amount of the initial payment for purchasing finished apartments from 25% till 20%.
