OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2010. Ingosstrakh branch in Arkhangelsk has concluded a property insurance contract with Sawmill 25 CJSC. The total insured amount is 4 bln rubles.

Real property of two production areas of the company were insured under the contract, including utilities, production and technological equipment, and inventories. The property was insured against all risks. Furthermore, the policy covers the risk of losses resulting from downtime.

Sawmill 25 CJSC (www.sawmill25.ru) is the largest sawmill in the north-west of Russia. It is a member of the Titan GROUP, which includes more than 20 enterprises in the Arkhangelsk region and in other regions operating in the forestry industry. The core business of Sawmill 25 CJSC is production and export of kiln dried sawn goods and wood pellets.  In 2009 the plant processed 760,000 cubic meters of sawn timber. The annual output of sawn products exceeds 340,000 cubic meters, 99% of which is exported The annual turnover of the plant is about 50 mln euros.
