OREANDA-NEWS. July 07, 2010. Ingosstrakh branch in Kursk paid 1.9 mln rubles to Ruslan LLC in connection with winter wheat crop failure. Crops in an area of 1,756 ha in the fields of the Shchigrovsky district, Kursk Region, were insured for the total amount of 13.3 mln rubles.

The insurance event was hail damage leading to partial loss of crop. As a result of the expert appraisal performed to assess the damage, the event was recognized as an insured event and Ingosstrakh indemnified Ruslan LLC.

Ruslan LLC and Ingosstrakh have been cooperating since 2007. During this time, agricultural machinery and equipment, real property and harvest were insured.
