According to the Real Estate Agency Lara, the cost of 1 square meter in 1-room apartments in Botanica ranged from 624 euros (Airport) to 754 euros; in Buycani- 702-738 euros; in the Centre - from 733 euros (Telecenter) to 859 euros; in Chiocana - from 690 euros (Otovaska) to 703 euros; in Ryshcanovca - from 695 (Staraya Pochta) to 741 euros (Albishoara).

The cost of 2-room apartments was as follows: 584-694 euros per 1 square meter in Botanica; 690-701 euros in Buycani; 711-776 euros in the Center; 643-692 euros in Chiocana and 691-730 euros per 1 square meters in Ryshcanovca. 3-room apartments in June 2010 were sold for: 529-623 euros in Botanica; 590-606 euros in Buycani; 610-670 euros in the Center; 566-642 euros in Chiocana and 600-642 euros in Ryshcanovca.

4-room apartments cost 480-561 euros per 1 square meter in Botanica; 548-561 euros – in Buycani; 545-600 euros - in the Center; 509-567 euros – in Chiocana and 561-583 euros in Riscanovca.
