Indian delegation made Review of Project 11430 at Sevmash. Vice Admiral N.N. Kumar, Controller Warship Production and Acquistion noticed improvement of repair and reequipment of the aircraft carrier "Vicramaditya".

Indian delegation walked around the ship, studied progress of work at the aircraft-carrier in details. As N.N. Kumar said, he had personally kept track of work progress at project 11430 by documents for 6 months in his homeland. Having come to Severodvinsk, he made sure that Sevmash intensified rate of work. N.N. Kumar said: "I am for the first time at your enterprise. I like the ship and I am pleased to see that governing body, i.e. Director General Nikolay Kalistratov, Chief Engineer Alexey Alsufyev, Deputy Director General Sergey Novosyolov do their best not to ruin shedule of works coordinated by governments of our countries. A little ginger should be put into running of some works. But I am sure that all the gaps will have been overcome by my next visit. I am also confident of our success and of great effort made by governing body of Sevmash".

On the morrow of Project Review Protocol was signed. N.N. Kumar is supposed to come for the next Review in September.
