OREANDA-NEWS. July 06, 2010. General shareholders meeting of Trastbank private open joint-stock exchange bank has made a decision to pay dividends on shares of the bank for 2009.

The amount of dividend charged on ordinary nominal shares makes up 690 soums for 1 share, and on preference shares – 150 soums for 1 share.

Thus, the total number of ordinary nominal shares emitted by the bank comprised 6,277 million, and that of preference shares – 23,000.
