Temirbank Confirms Completion of Restructuring
OREANDA-NEWS. July 05, 2010. JSC Temirbank is delighted to confirm that all Entitlements necessary for the completion of its restructuring have now been distributed to, reported the press-centre of Temirbank:
the Distribution Agent for distribution to the relevant Clearing Systems for onward distribution to International Noteholders;
the Independent Holder; and/or
Domestic Noteholders,
in each case as required by the Information Memorandum dated 22 February 2010, the First Supplemental Information Memorandum dated 9 March 2010 and the Second Supplemental Information Memorandum dated 11 March 2010. Therefore, the Bank fulfilled the restructuring plan approved by the required majority of Restructuring Creditors at the Creditors Meeting dated 31 March 2010.
JSC Temirbank will now request the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the Regulation and Supervision of the Financial Market and Financial Organisations to apply to the Specialised Financial Court of Almaty city for the termination of the restructuring due to its successful completion.
