Reputation Capital Ukraine Company Director Oleg Kershys:

"During several years our company in cooperation with Reputation Institute conducts comparative reputation studies of major Ukrainian companies. The results of such studies demonstrate that Kyivstar is not only among TOP-3 Ukrainian companies with the best reputation at the market but is also the leader in its specific components, such as company reputation as an employer. Kyivstar high positions in corresponding rankings are the evidence of the company’s systematic work on its reputation".

In 2009 Reputation Capital Company conducted a specialized study of reputation level of the companies operating in Ukraine — "The Ukraine’s Most Reputable Companies". According to official data from the State Statistics Committee on gross revenue (at to the state of September 1st 2009) 30 companies representing nine sectors of economy and being leaders in each of them were included into the study. As a part of this study "The Most Reputable Company" project was also realized. During the survey respondents estimated company reputation as an employer according to eight criteria: four emotional and four rational characteristics. On the basis of received data is the ranking of companies that are trustworthy as employers on the part of community was created.
