OREANDA-NEWS. July 02, 2010. Ingosstrakh’s Saransk branch won the contest "First Class Service. Saransk’s Most Customer-Friendly Company", nomination "Insurance Company with the highest Service Quality".

The contest was held from April 1 to June 1, 2010. Its organizers were the Ministry of Commerce and Enterprise of the Republic of Mordovia, the Mordovian regional department of the Russian non-profit organization of small and medium enterprises OPORA ROSSII and State Enterprise Business Incubator of the Republic of Mordovia.

The contest consisted of two stages: Self-assessment (surveying and testing of the companies) and Audit According to the Secret Buyer Method, during which Saransk’s most customer-oriented company was determined in various business segments.

Overall, the winners of the contest were 14 companies carrying out various types of business: travel agencies, medical centers, car dealers, hotels, insurance companies, banks and other organizations.
